I was born and raised in this amazing City and shout its greatness any chance I have. Socially, economically and recreationally, this is my city of dreams and I am passionate about all things Greenville, #YeahThatGreenville.

I chose the Real Estate profession because I am passionate about every aspect of the industry. I chose to help customers build homes because I am passionate about the benefits afforded by choosing to build new, customized and energy efficient homes.
By building a new, energy efficient home, you’re going to be able to build the home of your dreams and watch the cost savings add up over time. On the Green Building Page, you’re going to find awesome graphics and resources that will help you understand the benefits of building new and green.
Most Importantly — Amazing People
There is nothing more valuable to me than RELATIONSHIPS. My bond with my customers is strengthened throughout the home building process and there is nothing better than seeing someone’s eyes light up as they see their dream turn into a reality.
One thing I pride myself on is the personal approach I bring to my customers during their home building process. All of my customers receive a custom website, where I upload pictures and email them updates on their new homes as each phase of the house is being built. At the close of each new home, I also send each customer a custom photo album documenting their home story which typically finds its home on their coffee table as a great housewarming gift.
My passion is going through the home building process with my customers — so much that I help about 3 new customers a month start their new home journey. My customers have unique needs and each step along the way is customized around their new home goals.
In addition to fresh updates on this site, I will use this blog to hit on all things Greenville, Green Building, New Home Construction and to brag on my awesome customers as they complete their Home Stories.

My girlfriend and I recently retired and moved to Greenville from the San Francisco Bay Area. We love Greenville, too. Greeenville is an amazing place – fabulous downtown, a hip contemporary “with it” vibe, plenty of options to enjoy an active healthy lifestyle, and a wide variety of affordable housing. People in Greenville are generally happy and content.
I met Mario at the Kroc Rec Center several months. Mario and one of his associates found the “perfect” home for Laura and I. Mario is very knowledgable about the local market and his counsel was extremely helpful. On top of it all, Mario is just a real nice young guy – a pleasure to spend time with. I highly recommend Greenville and Mario Briwn!
