STEP 4 – WE HAVE A DATE!

When we place your home on “Start,” Eastwood begins to order everything required to build your home. This includes building permit application, site fit map, site survey, site preparation, framing materials, windows, cabinets, etc…

The “Start” order process takes approximately 3 to 4 weeks before you see ‘physical construction begin on your homesite.

Congratulations on the purchase of your new home, we have the loan approval in as well as all selections. Eastwood has tentatively set your break ground day for the 30th of the month. Fabian or I will be in touch to in the coming weeks to set the time for your pre construction meeting that the week.
