Dan,

Congratulations on the purchase of your new home. As you know we have been pulling permits, ordering materials and building out the schedule of construction to minimize and hopefully eliminate any delays once we physically start.

Eastwood has officially set your home to break ground on the 9th of November. Fabian Gomez, your builder, and I are excited to bring your house to life.

We will have our first formal meeting with builder the week of the 9th to review and confirm your color selections as well as blue prints.

I will be updating you with this app once a week with photos of your house through out the build time.
