New Home Process

1. Welcome

The first (and most important) step in the new home building process is getting to know one another. We will discuss your desired neighborhood, ideal home size and all the important things you would like for your new home to feature.

2. Site Selection and Home Style

  • Neighborhood and Lot

This is where we go over the type of neighborhood and location (commute to work, zip code, school district, entertainment and more) you are looking for in your new home. We will also zone in on your ideal lot type.

  • Floor Plan and House Style
Describe the item or answer the question so that site visitors who are interested get more information. You can emphasize this text with bullets, italics or bold, and add links.

3. Selection of Individual Features

  • Kitchen Features

We will look at energy efficient appliances, countertops, cabinet space and more. This is especially fun for my ‘foodie’ customers!

  • Bathroom Features

Here, we will look at your different bathrooms and customize each one to your unique needs. Everything from the shower to sink type is covered in this phase.

  • Flooring

Hardwood? Carpet? Tile? The choice is completely yours!

4. Review New Home Plans

Before we begin building your new home, we will review your plans and make any adjustments necessary. We meet regularly throughout the home building process to review progress and, if desired, we can make some changes as we go.

5. Walkthrough

6. Inspect

During our walkthrough, we will carefully inspect your new home together in detail.

7. Inspect Again

On closing day, we reinspect everything to make sure we are delivering a house that is 100% complete, and is built to the exact specifications you selected.

8. Enjoy Your Beautiful New Home
